order confirmation
Every order and every change in the status of the order at ROSSIS will be confirmed to the customer.
The contractual relationship comes about through the customer's order and the electronic acceptance by ROSSIS.
By clicking on the GTC checkbox, the customer agrees to accept these GTC and the prices shown.

payment methods
Customers can pay at ROSSIS with VISA and Mastercard credit cards.
For returns/exchanges, customers will be sent a new receipt/invoice.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment that was used for the purchase.

Credit, vouchers, discounts
Any credit balances held by the customer (e.g. due to overpaid amounts) can be offset against existing orders or will be refunded at the customer’s request.
ROSSIS vouchers (promo codes) addressed by e-mail or post can always be redeemed personally and only by the addressee in the ROSSIS shop. In exceptional cases, a transfer is possible with the consent of ROSSIS. ROSSIS vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers or discounts and are not paid out in cash.
Discounts granted by ROSSIS are only valid at ROSSIS, cannot be accumulated and are only transferrable with the consent of ROSSIS.

Delivery & delivery time
(only applies to deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein)
Orders are delivered by Swiss Post. You can choose between PostPac Economy or PostPac Priority. Orders with PostPac Economy are usually delivered within two to three working days (Monday to Friday) provided they are in stock. Orders with PostPac Priority, which we receive before 3 p.m., will be delivered to the desired delivery address on the following working day (Monday to Friday), provided that they are in stock.
If the desired item is not in stock, the corresponding delivery time is displayed directly for the item and in the shopping cart.

transport risk
ROSSIS assumes the transport risk.
If the products arrive damaged as a result of transport, you can use the right of return.

right of return
Customers have 7 days to consider their purchase.
The non-compliant products can be returned at your own expense to the following address:

Please note that used items cannot be returned.
The postage for the return is always at the expense of the customer.
In the event of a return due to damage or defects or incorrect products, ROSSIS will cover the postage for the return by crediting the customer's ROSSIS account. In the event of an exchange, a replacement order or a forwarding, the customer will not be charged any additional shipping costs.

cancellation of the order
If the order is canceled, the amount already paid can be refunded to the customer. It should be noted that a deduction of 5% will be made for the repayment due to the resulting activities and processing costs.

Defective Products
If there are production defects in the purchased products within 12 months of the invoice date, they will be replaced free of charge. Excluded are damages for which the buyer is solely responsible, eg as a result of improper handling, natural wear and tear or external influences for which the seller is not responsible.

Change of name and address
We ask that customers notify Rossi Design Ltd of any change of name or address as soon as possible.
data protection

At Rossi Design Ltd, customer data is securely protected by the most modern protection mechanisms and encryption and is only used internally.
Excluded is the transfer to trading partners of Rossi Design Ltd (e.g. post office/logistics company/credit card company/credit check) as part of the order processing.

Customers can change and delete their data in their account at any time.
Customers can request information about their data from Rossi Design Ltd at any time, as well as its modification, correction or deletion.

right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Francesco Rossi, 8038 Zurich, production@rossi.com) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract , You can use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We pick up the goods. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Only substantive Swiss law is applicable to this contract.
Should one of the contractual provisions prove to be invalid or void, this will not affect the validity of the rest of the contract. In this case, the invalid/void provision is to be replaced by a version that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid/void provision.

Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
