How long is the delivery time?

Our shipping is uncomplicated and fast. You will receive your order within a few days. Packages usually reach their destination in 2-3 business days. In a few cases, the delivery takes longer - also due to the high volume of parcels at the service provider Swiss Post.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipments within Switzerland are free of charge from a purchase value of CHF 100. For orders under 100 CHF the shipping costs are 9.00 CHF. Delivery is by Swiss Post.

When will my package arrive?

You will receive an email as soon as your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to the shipping service provider. In the e-mail you will find a link to track the shipment. You can also log into My Account, select My Orders from the options and click Track Shipment.

Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number in the order confirmation that we sent you by email.

How do I order?

Ordering from us is very easy. Select the products you want to order and put them in the shopping cart. You can then go to the checkout where you will be guided through our uncomplicated ordering process.

Do you make all items by hand?

Yes, each bag is made individually by hand on a sewing machine in a small family business of 35 people.

How do I clean my bag?

You can wash them in the sink with water and some soap and clean them with a cleaning cloth. The bags are waterproof and can also be washed in the washing machine at 30°.

Do I have a guarantee on my bag?

Yes, all Rossi items are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects.

Material

How is the vegan leather made?

Main material vegan leather

The vegan leather of our bags is made from polyurethane. Polyurethane is a synthetic material used as an alternative to animal leather. It has a similar look and feel to real leather, is durable, water-repellent and easy to clean.

Lining PET recycling fabric “I was a bottle®”

For the lining we use a fabric that is made from 100% recycled PET bottles. After cleaning, these are shredded, melted and then spun into yarn. The yarn is then woven into a new fabric that is durable and washable. The material is certified according to the Global Recycling Standard (GRS) .

"I was a bottle ®" is a trademark of ROSSIS.

Why are the items sustainable?

We recycle used PET bottles and use them to produce new fabric that we handcraft into our bags. Animal leather often uses toxic substances that get into the groundwater and damage the environment.

How many PET bottles are in a bag?

About 4-6 1.5 L PET bottles are used as lining per bag.

Where do the PET bottles come from?

Taiwan has been a pioneer in PET recycling since 1992. As an island nation, you had to deal with plastic recycling early on. Our products support this sustainable production cycle to reduce plastic waste.

How long can I return an item?

You have 7 days to consider your purchase and return it to us. If you have any questions about your product, please feel free to contact us by email at service@rossis.com during this period.

My item is damaged. What now?

In the event of a return due to damage or defects or incorrect products, ROSSIS will cover the postage for the return by crediting the customer's ROSSIS account. We will send you a new article immediately.

How can I exchange an item?

Simply write us an email to service@rossis.com and tell us which items you would like to exchange.

Info: In the event of an exchange, a replacement order or a forwarding, the customer will not be charged any additional shipping costs.

How do I get my money back?

You will receive your refund using the payment method you originally used to make your purchase in our shop.
